Better Sprint/Nextel Phone plan

Guys, if yall know anyone that works for either Sprint or Nextel ask them to use their iConnect to sign you up for an employee plan. The deal for it is as follows: 500 anytime minutes, 1000 nights and weekends, free long distance, unlimited national direct connect, free mobile to mobile, free data pack, and free multimedia messaging (DOES NOT INCLUDE TEXT). All this is for $15 and there's NO CONTRACT. Also you pay the SERO prices for the phones. But the thing is, this plan has to be set up through iConnect which is the Sprint/Nextel internal network. Even if you know someone that does tower work for SPrint or Nextel, they have access to this. That's how I got mine. This is a great plan for kids. I just got it for my little sister since she started college. Also, they ship overnight for free. =)

I'm pretty sure this is legit. The old plan (years ago) used to be 700 anytime minutes period so it wasn't that great for $15. Now that they redesigned it, I expect lots of sign-ups if you can get in. I always thought this was for employees only, so you might have to be under their name. Very close friends or family only?

Well basically it's for anyone as long as a sprint or nextel employee signs you up using iConnect. But they can only sign up for like 7 of these a year. That's the only catch. I'd offer my friend's services, but he's already done 7 this year.

The plan is legit but I doubt you will get a sprint/nextel employee to sign you up as the employee is finacially responsible for all charges to the phone. The limit per employee is something like 4 or 5 phones a year.

I woudn't think it would be that big a risk. I mean the plan is only $15 a month and since there's no contract, if someone didn't pay on time one month, the employee just has to cancel the plan should anyone default or make a late payment. I dunno. I guess it just depends on how close you are to said sprint/nextel employee. Btw, that plan includes unlimited text messaging.

OP I think you're on a short leash with this one, this is not an easy deal like SERO. Better if you know someone? Yes. For everyone? No.

Individual plans only, or can you add a phone to the plan for an extra $? a month? How much extra for text messaging?

Ok I made a mistake. Unlimited text messaging is included in it. I don't know about adding lines but I think that can be done also for a nominal fee. I realize this deal isn't open to the public, but I just wanted to give everyone a heads up on this because its' not something Sprint/Nextel is actively promoting to their employees.

Then you might want to change your title to add 'if you know an employee'. Otherwise what you have now is misleading.
