I used c2it for months & it has so many flaws I could go on for pages but what good would it do when you're not listening anyway. Do you really think that these people have never used the service & are just making things up to BS you? They people that are thread crapping don't even use C2it, so ignore them.

Yeah you and everyone else. That's why no one ever pays with c2it.C2IT is good for sellers. Paypal is good for buyers. So I'll continue to use C2IT when I'm the seller and PayPal when I'm the buyer ...
Well lot of people DO pay with C2IT and lot of sellers DO take Paypal. Hot deals is not about common good and socialism. It would do the IT industry no good if all the people keep getting free access points and $10 maxtor HDDs.

Yeah, their website really could be a lot better.
As for the 3% fee for non-citibank CCs, I honestly think that has more to do with the policies behind the CC being used than it does with C2it. My father had the same problem with his CC when he used Paypal. So in that respect, I wouldn't blame C2it.
On the other hand, with the good comes the bad. For example, their security is so ridiculously tight that it's been almost impossible to get certain accounts registered with C2it. If you are off by so much as a "," or a "." it will fail to register the account. I'll be the first to applaud good security, but what good is it if you can't use it.
I got through a few because the "th" in something like "88th Street" needed to be "88TH Street". But on others, I could find no errors and neither could the bank. Yet it still wouldn't register. Go figure.
So in short, nice service, if I could use it.
