I'm afraid the past month has been more hectic for us than ever before, which is phenomenal for the company as a whole but a strain on our resources at the same time. But back to the business at hand, I'm afraid I have not been able to locate your rebate request in our electronic databases. In doing my more in-depth manual search, it would help me to know an approximate date that you mailed the item, as we key off the postmark date. Also, any information about the name, address, or e-mail address (above and beyond what you have already provided below) under which the the rebate request was submitted would help in the search. Once I have that information, I should be able to locate your physical submission and proceed with processing. Once again, my apologies for the delays.
