Ill share how to get it very fast, I wont be greedy.
Go here, http://sourceforge.net/project/showfile...22&package_id=141780&release_id=306907 Download and install that, takes about 30 seconds.
Then paste this link into it; http://www.gamespot.com/cgi/chkpt.php?s...battlefield2/Battlefield_2_Demo_GC.zip
It should then max out your download speeds. I got it in about 16 mins.
5.6's are working without coruption for me. So is AA. I wish they would get off their butts and have a real WS res.
edit, AA does work for me. I had it forced thru control panel, and forgot I did. I changed it to app preference, and selected it in the game, and it worked fine.

He means it will take more of a performance hit, with the retail version. Meaning you wont be running it.
I dont believe in that, but whatever.

I've got the shadows issues. They are terribly boxy on the outside. And now that I think of it, I remember the artilery gun looking really weird, quite possibly because of texture corruption. Haven't used an MG yet though.

That's addressed with the included 77.30 beta ForceWare drivers. Install them from the Battlefield start menu entry.

I could have benchmarked it higher, but seeing as BF2 is intense, I didn't want to rape my card more than need be.
ForceWare settings:
AA: App controlled
AF: App controlled
Image settings: Quality
My Fraps log (10 minutes of gameplay, rough at the beginning which is why I have zero).
2005-06-12 01:05:21 - BF2
Frames: 30602 - Time: 600000ms - Avg: 51.003 - Min: 0 - Max: 100
But looking at my detailed FPS log, I can say it was about 40-62 FPS for me, discarding the outliers.

What are the graphics settings for that?
