Depends on if that temp is at idle or under load. If idle. it's higher than normal.

Kensai my 6800GT runs at about 65Celsius under load in a crappy arse dell case, and thats with an mild OC 380/1.05, but mine probably stays that cool cuz it's approximately 15 celsius in my basement!

My BFG 6800GT OC is idling at 64- 65c right now and under heavy load running rthdribl in a window I can see the temp get to almost 90c after about 10 minutes. It did the same thing last summer when I first bought it since here in Phoenix my room temp is approx. 81 degress F. in the summer. When my room temp is under 75F it idles around 57C. It's been working great for almost a year. I have noticed it seems to idle a little higher since I bought a new Samsung 930B 19" LCD and I now run at 1200 x 1024 res. instead of 1024 X 768. I think it was around 63 or 64c before I changed monitors. It's too expensive to cool your house down to 75f in the summer as the outside temp is usaully in the 110's in the summer.
