Didn't see this posted anywhere, which I thought was rather odd since this is a great price for a great card, and this has been on sale all weekend. Cheapest you can get it online is an eVGA for $159 after $30 MIR, or an MSI for ~$160.

The BFG for $154 is a steal. Potentially unlockable to a 16 pipe card as well.

Is 128MB enough to truly experience all the power this card can offer?

Most of the 6800s i see are 256MB , or is 256MB overkill?

Think its worth an upgrade from fx5900 (I game plenty but I dunno if its time to upgrade just yet)

With the system you have, the 6800 would be a pretty nice upgrade.

Bjorn3D has a review on this too. Should I buy one or get a complete system upgrade? WoW looks like crap to me. Ugh, I can't decide. I'm running a Barton 3200+ w/ 1GB RAM and Ti4200 right now.

i have a 1.33ghz athlon and ti4200. my limiting facotr is CPU speed for wow, not the video card frame rate.


I'd say buy it if you are not going to uopgrade for at least another 6 months - year. that way you can get the enw m2 socket once they release it, get the bugs out, and the price comes down.
