I doubt it, since the link the OP posted above is with a coupon (5-20% off - 20% in the case of this specific card). So, I don't think you will be able to apply a second coupon to it.
In that case seems like a great buy, I would kick myself if I missed a deal like this (missed the EVGA 8800gts $295 deal). But then again we might be seeing a decent price drop around this christmas
I share many of the same thoughts... However, since we really have not received much in the word of the new 8900 series, I doubt it is THAT close... Since current sales for nVidia are that great, they are not in a rush. I am sure in about 3-4 months they will be releasing the refresh, but with the performance be that much different? Maybe 20% gain accross the board, but then prices will be closer to MSRP at the same time as well.
The best time to have purchased the 8800GTS 640 would have been shortly after release. After 7 months, it has only dropped about $100 or so. But then again, the drivers were buggy then and who knows what else...
Anyway, I did order the card, but I might not decide to keep it should new rumours float around by the time I receive it. I think if you need a video card right now, this is an absolute steel. No mail in rebates... You pay what you pay.
