I suddenly start having pixelation problems, game freezing, image granulation, and computer self boot.
System:
MB Shuttle MB AK32A
CPU: 2.2Ghz Athalon
RAM Memory: 1.5Ghz
Video Drivers: 81.98
Power Supply: 400w
Game: Quake 4
OS: Windows 2000 Professional, SP 4
Things that I have tried up to know:
1. Reisntall the game
2. Reinstall the OS
3. Update the MB drivers and BIOS
4. Installed the ID lattest Quake 4 Patch 1.0.4 (1.0.5 do not apply since this is most for Pentium HT Processor computers).
5. Call more than 1000 times BFG Tech support with no suscess.
The worse thing is to deal with the mediocrity of BFG Technologies Tech Support. No one pick up the phones calls, no emails pass thru, and no one pick up the phone of the office in Lake Forest, Illinois. The last thing I will attempt is to send a certified mail to see if I can get some tech support my the traditional mail.
Any help or suggestions from you folks will be really appreciated.
Thanks.
