BFG S-UC_K-S!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to share my experience with BFG Tech. THEIR VIDEO CARD WARRARTY REALLY S-U-C-K-S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a 6800 GT OC Video Card and it have to be replaced once due to pixelation. I recieved a new card and it was damaged. I cant even see nothing in my monitor. Lines all around.

I call them yesterday and after about one (1) hour of waiting, the guy told me that he do not have access to the warehouse management system so he do not know about the fate of my $US400 video card. After more than two weeks of shipment... I called then again today, and I got exhausted for the waiting.

If one decided to upgrade, DO NOT BUY BFG TECH VIDEO CARDS.

Go with ATI and F-UCK N-vidia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have made your point, however poorly. Please read our forum rules, and use better, more polite language in your next post. This post does not belong in General Hardware, or even in Video, which are both technical forums. It should go in either the stickied at the top Brag & Moan thread in Hot Deals (but not in a seperate thread there), as it is not a hot deal, or possibly as a post in Off Topic. i find that evga is really trust worthy i owned a evga 6600GT now a 6800GS all by evga no problems with them and they oc great

1. if you'd like to stay a member of AT, you should read and respect it's rules. one thing to watch would be language

2. i believe in the Hot Deals forum they have a thread for this type of post (brag/moan thread i believe). remember not to cross-post but do search the forums for the topic you wish to talk about.

I had zero problems RMAing my 6800 to BFG.

1. I don't think I had to wait on hold at all.
2. The replacement came within about a week after I sent in the bad one.

and its not nvidia's fault your card crapped out, its bfg's.

Yes because Nvidia has all to do with BFGs quality on their components and customer service.

Funny, I had to RMA a BFG 6600GT and they were fast, friendly and replaced my card in no time.

Yeah i have eVGA 7800gt, and they have sworn to give me life time warranty on my card

BFG quickly replaced my dead 6800GT with a 6800Ultra, shipping on them, so no complaints here.

Get a LeadTek and you wont need to worry about RMA's unless you juggle video cards.

Maybe it was Canadian dollars.

In anycase, I called BFG customer service a year ago and they were very prompt in answering my call and answering all my questions. Too bad you didn't have the same experience. Good luck with ATI.
