Perfection is defined by the person setting the definition.
Inhuman may be a closer analogy to YHVW in this case. YHVW, or Jehova as is more commonly known, also knew this. Through teachings we find that he sent a portion of his spirit to Earth in the form of his only son, so that he would be able to feel what a human feels, and experience humanity in it's native skin, which was impossible for YHVW before this. It shows great interest in us, as well as a strong compassionate streak.
Frankly I doubt that I would have done the same in his shoes. This fact makes Jehova more human than human to many that have pondered his actions. We can't get people to even listen to one another nowadays, let alone die in advance for one another without some great tragedy happening first. Jehova did this by his own volition, with foreknowledge of a painful death.
