Biceps not in shape!

Probably, I'm doing lots of exercises in Biceps training.
However, I do something like this on Biceps day!!!

Standing Barbell Curls - 4x10
Alternate Dumbbell curls - 3x10
Preacher curls - 3x10
Hammer curls - 3x10

Am I over training or what????

Too may sets, unless of course you're on gear.

That's not too many sets even with out gear. He's doing higher reps here, so I assume volume is what he's after.

Reason OP isn't getting stronger all that fast is because volume lifting in that high rep range, isn't going to get you as strong as low volume, heavy weight in the 5-6 range. Also, if you aren't trying to progressively up the weight, even if you fail a bit at first... you won't see gainzzzz.

IMHO there isn't over training... more so, not getting proper recovery. as long as your diet is good, you are getting enough sleep, keeping stress down, and getting enough time between workouts, what you have listed there is not too much

I could easily say the same, as far as some people thinking I'm on gear. I don't do anymore than 8-9 sets for biceps. It's a very small muscle group. You don't need a lot of work to stimulate growth.
