The American people do. The GSA grants millions of dollars to the transition team for spending, salaries, etc. until the inauguration.

No other modern presidential transition has waited until 12/14. Even Bush/Gore was only delayed a few weeks and they had more evidence than Trump who has 0 evidence of widespread voter fraud. He does cost me time and money but unfortunately he has connections I need to set up a very lucrative business. If he were slightly more competent he would have been up and running years ago and I'd just be collecting distributions. Instead I have to get personally involved to expedite the process...
