I didnt say it wasnt a waste. I simply said the best you have is one bridge. Its highly comical to watch the biggest spenders the country has ever had in power complain about a small expenditure......

George W. Bush?

By the way, the point is not just that she supported the bridge but also that she now claims she was against it in every one of her speeches. Geniuses like yourself just eat it up, too.

The Republicans took back Congress?? When did that happen? Oh, you must mean our government was rewritten so now the President both makes and approves the budget.....

Your keys still dont click the locks to unlock the truth do they?

2000-2006. Who controlled both the White House and Congress?

Hint: It wasn't the Democrats.

She is a non-entity in terms of substance.

Yeah, tell that to all the independents who are now switching to McCain because of the non-entity

1950 on. How much have social programs racked up. Lets figure 100 billion per year over 50+ years...... Never mind the half a trillion per year for the past decade or so.

I don't think Biden was a mistake per se, he's well qualified in terms of experience etc, but he was picked for one reason only: to make people uncomfortable with Obama's lack of experience at ease that he'd have some experience behind him to help. It's the same reason Bush picked Cheney back in 2000. Nothing wrong with Biden. Dropping him off the ticket at this point would be catastrophic failure for Obama. Not that I'd mind that catastrophic failure, since it would mean a McCain win.

Now you are just spouting gibberish while desperately trying to ignore the truth. George W. Bush and the Republican-controlled Congress inherited a budget surplus. By the end of their run we were running huge deficits.

Republicans are not a party of fiscal responsibility. Sorry to have to shatter your delusions.

Why do you make things up? Lock lock lock.....

I never said R's were fiscally responsible. Please show me where I have. They also however did NOT inherit a budget surplus. That is a lie. Lock lock lock.

Your keys click, but its the sound of the truth being locked away.

Links, please? The last time I heard Biden say he was dropping out was during the Democratic Presidential primary campaign.

The Republican Congress inherited a budget surplus? You don't think the Republican Congress might have had something to do with creating that budget surplus?

Are you implying they are switching because of any substance she brings to the table?

Sure, but they broke right after they fixed it. Worst Flip Flop in a decade. Looks more like they were just motivated to keep Clinton held back, then actual feelings of Fiscal Discipline.

The "Hillary should/will replace Biden" meme is a ruse being pushed by right wing radio. The sheep eat it up and then regurgitate it enough times that is starts to be considered a legitimate thought. It's just payback for the left doing the same thing.

Newsflash, the "anyone but Bush" ticket is McCain/Palin.

Specop seems to get all of his news from right wing radio, I recognize all the buzz words and talking points.

Weep for this country, blah blah blah....

Harvey:
ABC news
"Make no mistake about this," Biden responded. "Hillary Clinton is as qualified or more qualified than I am to be vice president of the United States of America. Let?s get that straight. She?s a truly close personal friend, she is qualified to be president of the United States of America, she?s easily qualified to be vice president of the United States of America, and quite frankly, it might have been a better pick than me. But she?s first rate, I mean that sincerely, she?s first rate, so let?s get that straight."
Doesn't mean Biden is dropping out, but it shows where this came from.

Perhaps it was a trial ballon to see how people respond. If a bunch of people jumped up and said 'what a great idea' then they go through with it. But if everyone freaks out then they keep going like it never happened.

From the article:
At a rally in Nashua, N.H., a man in the audience told Biden how glad he was that Obama picked him over Hillary, "not because she's a woman, but because, look at the things she did in the past."

Biden was responding to the person who was subtlety attempting to knock Hillary. Biden then tried to compliment Hillary and at the same time was being a bit self depreciating. He probably should have worded it differently (because people jump on these things and blow them out of proportion) but anyone who thinks Biden is leaving probably shouldn't hold their breath. It's not going to happen.

Perhaps he was just praising a rival and your ilk is spinning lies like ol' biddies 'round the gossipin' fence...

Let me repeat: there is a zero percent chance of Biden dropping out barring him dropping dead.

I wonder if the Clintons ever feel like the Jews. You know how all those crazy people think the Jews control everything? Well apparently the Clintons are criminal masterminds who control everything too. (except they can't beat a black guy in America... how sad is that? Bush Sr must really feel pathetic now for getting his ass kicked by them)

Reagan too, who apparently set into motion the Bush-Clinton-Clinton-Bush-Bush-Clinton-Clinton dynastic plan in 1979, only to have it be foiled by a half-white guy in America.

Huh? All Reagan did was his 8 years of disastrously putting the nation on a bad course. No long-term plan.

He was one of the greatest presidents in our history, certainly among the top 5.
