Biden just rambled on tonight at the CNN town hall.

Most voters don’t see Trump and Biden as mentally fit to be president, new poll shows

I'm not voting for Biden as much as I am voting against Trump....

I believe Biden could increase his support significantly by supporting M4A and/or removing Marijuana from the Schedule One list...

but some here consider that slander because they'd rather shill, smell their own farts and pretend that the democratic nominee is Flawless.

Isn't it essentially those same voters who, collectively, ended up deciding that those two should be the only options?

It looks like some act of collective self-harm.

Makes sense. Since our system gave us two guys in their 70’s. My parents started to really slide mentally in their mid-70’s, but there is a difference between these two guys. Both lose track, heck I would to, but one does answer the question without breaking their arm to praise themself and to constantly say something they have yet to do will be “the best thing ever.”

I'm not voting for Biden as much as I am voting against Trump....

Are you sure you are voting as you claim since you are “against” something rather “for” something? Did we not try the M4A and watch it lead to the Tea Party? How is repeating that anything but an attempt at insanity?

title:
NEW POLL: Biden's lead with seniors DRAMATICALLY DROPS

Maybe Biden should never have talked about cutting social security in so many words.. or even (however vaguely) alluded to such.

______________________

Please explain how some who “alluded” to a cut is being penalized against a guy who came out and said that he would cut it, multiple times, and has even pushed deleting the payroll deduction that funds it?

Could this be the fear being pushed right now in the adds that the current situation shows a state of things that was created during my time but will get worse under the next guy? Do you think this is reality? Fear works for the over 65 crowd. It’s very effective.

Maybe the poll shows the attention span of the electorate. If things can change that quickly in a week, is that an accurate poll? Since 2016 many question the polls, but we need to not just question those that show a lead over the current mess, but also ones that show otherwise. Would you not say this is healthy skepticism? Or maybe you feel this is another shill? Should we react to every swing in the polls with dread? What is the point you are trying to make?

Stop being a Bro, this election is about either voting for President Trump or voting for former Vice President Biden.
Anything else including not voting is voting for President Trump.

BS voting for any choice other than Trump is a not Trump vote therefore also against Trump.
but anyone not voting for Biden in a swing state is shooting themselves in the face figuratively speaking unless they are very wealthy compared to the vast majority of the country.

blue state voters should vote for Biden just to give him that many more popular votes considering how likely it is that Trump will bring up every talking point he can to cast doubt on the election in the likely event he loses it.

also stop being a bro is so 2016....

Electing someone old as Biden I fully expect a President Harris within the year. I'd consider that an improvement.

I really feel Biden is running simply to defeat the President.
This isn’t saying he is a bad choice, I think Biden is aware his time on Earth is limited and would want to do other stuff. Biden choosing not to run in 2024 is very likely imo.
However who knows what could happen between now & 2024.

Bill O'Reilly tweeted that it seemed like Biden knew all the questions in advance. Methinks you are smoking way too much Tucker Carlson crack.

Conservative reaction to Trump flubbing his town hall: It was an ambush.

Conservative reaction to Biden not flubbing his town hall: It was rigged.

Or maybe Biden is just a way better retail politician plus not senile or an insane narcissist trying (poorly) to simulate empathy.

Never get high on your own supply folks.

When Obama became president, in addition innate racism and bitterness that flows through GOP\FoxNews, they hated him because Obama happened to be a hell of lot on top things more than the average Senator\Congressman\Talking head.
Obama was an ego destroyer in that he showed up informed and his background equipped him with the tools to outmaneuver the typical verbal bullshit you find in Washington.
"He lectured me therefore he is bad!!!"
He lectured you because you showed up with a bullshit plan based on fallacies that only served as a cover for you greasing palms at home.

Biden on the other hand is fairly well liked throughout Washington. From a governance perspective and ignoring "political party nonsense", Biden actually tries to hear people out and work with them based on their local needs.

Biden has never been known as a lecturer or as polished. He is known as a guy that still operates under old school rules of the Senate. Not the bitter bullshit that GOP whipped up during the Reagan years turned into a monolith during late 90's.

Biden has always been loose with words and occasionally rambles when faced with certain public speaking situations. Probably related to growing up a stutterer back in 1700's when they beat you for stuttering instead of hooking you up with speech classes.
He is more of a one on one type of guy

GOSH HOW COULD SOMEONE POSSIBLY ANTICIPATE THE QUESTIONS PEOPLE MIGHT ASK THEM IN A POLITICAL QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION? ONE CAN"T POSSIBLY KNOW THAT PEOPLE WANT TO TALK ABOUT RACE RELATIONS AND HEALTHCARE AND SOCIAL SECURITY AND THE USE OF OUR MILITARY AND OTHER THINGS THAT PEOPLE MIGHT WANT TO KNOW WHERE A PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE STANDS!

Did anyone watch the CNN town hall with Biden? He just rambled on and on. Sigh.

Here is one clip on how he will make health care affordabel. He loses focus, mumbles throughout his speech, and goes on a tangent about how his son got cancer. And, how Trump called vets losers.

And you have never open your mouth and utter jibberish came out? Yea, right...

Sooooo...we already knew you were voting for Trump....

Trump and the GOP are the only chance he ever has to make those millions that he just knows he will off of low-rent apartment buildings! I mean he has to right? All that money he spent on video courses and seminars have to be worth it, right? right?!

LOL, even when Biden stumbles he’s still able to get back on topic and is 100x more coherent than Trump.
Without defending or in anyway kissing Trump's ring, the man you're being unnecessarily kind to is actively running America into a ditch. All of it at the behest of foreigner's none of us voted for.

Every accusation is a confession.

Although to be fair to you can you articulate how America is being run into a ditch and whine these foreigners are?

lol, the bar is so different for D's versus R's.

R's front runner speaks in word salads, slinging insults and lies - Reaction: owned it, libruhl tears are so good, tells it like it is

D's current front runner speaks, gets off track a little but gets back on - Reaction: oh shit, what's wrong with this guy!

yea, i know it's a necro thread, still "fun" to look back on memory lane and see how ridiculously imbalanced the two parties coverage is.

Fine don’t trust liberal policies. But how can any sane person think the woke policies R’s are pushing is how a nation should be handled?

It’s telling you ignored the rest of his post. Mind telling us who the foreigners are he allegedly running the country into a ditch for?
No, saying what that person did was queuing up for a twitter-style attack. As for who's truly running the US, discussing such things would obviously require open-minds and a splash of comity. Both are more than the hivemind can comprehend.
