That DOES look pretty good. But check out ecost.com where the same
deal can be had minus shipping.

Looks like the two companies are actually the same. The ad layouts,
etc. look just the same. Just the deal is slightly different.

I picked one up when they were $999 shipped. Excellent quality. I'm very impressed. I have lmited sound requirements and the built in speakers work well for what I need. The integrated USB hub is great as well. I'd give it a 9.5/10.

I bought a $1200 15" IBM with a dedicated digital G200 card last year. This 18.1" display is as crisp as the IBM setup and this one can be used with any rgb card out there. Don't heistate, go for it.

WildfireVT. I just ordered five of them -- they'll be put to good use at
my place of work.

BTW, the ecost.com folks admitted that they use the same facilities/computers/
databases/etc. as pcmall, macmall, and several other Internet identities, each
designed to appeal to a slightly different clientele. Ecost.com, so far as I
can tell, is the most budget-conscious of their identities, and requires that
you place the orders unassisted via the Internet interface. No phone orders
accepted. Customer Service, etc. is shared by all of these identities.

RKelly, how well does this monitor run with First Person Shooter? (Quake III, Unreal, Alice, etc)?
