Everytime I do a bicep curl, I do it slow and make an "eyaaahhhh" sound as to get the chicks attention. Then as they look over, I give them a wink and a thumbs up as I transition to a bicep flex whist keeping the thumbs up[no easy task mind you]. I do this about 2 hours a day at the gym and bed like a dozen women daily. I pity you fools who can't seem to grasp this concept.
It's annoying how many mirrors you can find in a gym. What's most disturbing is watching guys in the gym doing tons of curls and arm exercises while watching themselves in the mirror and grunting. The only time I look in the mirror is to see how red my eyes are sometimes after a hard set of squats.
How the fuck do I increase my forearms. That's the only thing that really bothers me. They are goddamn tiny. I don't care if my wrist is skinny, but I'd like SOME upper arm muscle. I'm assuming isolation curls will improve that area of my body so that it looks more aesthetically pleasing.

My legs are my fav though. I'm not ghey but I like wearing kinda short shorts on leg days and watching my tree trunk legs in the mirror.
I don't know what it is but I have some huge arms and all my upper body consists of is bench and pull ups. I throw in the occasional rows or dips. I do deadlifts and squat so maybe that's it. They look cool so I don't complain. My legs are my fav though. I'm not ghey but I like wearing kinda short shorts on leg days and watching my tree trunk legs in the mirror.

I think your forearms would be pretty big if you could press 200lbs, bench 300lbs, deadlift, 400lbs. etc worry about getting your strength up and your body will adapt

I dunno, my lifts are in that range and my forearms are only 12-13"
Weird, I feel like I've had more luck getting noticeably larger forearms than upper arms. Neither are huge at this point though, forearms are maybe 12", but much bigger than they used to be...but my lifts are still pretty weak. The only thing I do specifically for forearms is a reverse barbell curl.
What are your lifts exactly?
Also it's well out out of sync...
200lbs press
300lbs bench press
400lbs DL
The DL is weak by at least 40-50lbs easily
You would BP more then 300lbs if you were to strict press
Btw an inch off 12 is a HUGE difference...
But I'd agree with corey that if your putting up some decent numbers you'll be pretty built. Not necessarily big unless you did some higher reps stuff and ate a lot and did some focused work.
Just add more size overall.
I read somewhere that once your about 185lbs and 15" arms, it'll takea bout 15lbs of gained *overall* mass to add 1" to your arms.
Koing
Deadlift without straps, farmers walks, and in general never use straps for anything. When ever you lift squeeze the bar as hard as you can during the exercise.
I think I hold the weights lightly so yesterday I kept a really tight grip on everything I did and definitely felt it in my forearms.
