It seems you can trade in any Xbox game as long as it is a not a pre-2003 sports title or wrestling game. I traded in Dark Summit and Mad Dash Racing. The only Xbox game that is part of the promotion is DOA Volleyball. The rest are GC or PS2 games (Ghost Recon is available for GC only.) Funcoland and Gamestop are the same thing.Originally posted by: okman16
I read a deal on the IGN boards that said if you trade in 2 games at GameStop and pay $9.99+tax, you can get either Ghost Recon, Dead or Alive XBV, Ghost Recon(GC), The Sims, DMC2, or the Getaway. Keep in mind the 2 games need to have special criteria, they can't be old sports games or stuff like that, and also they must have a trade in value of $4.99 or greater, I think it's best that you call in and vertify before doing anything.
Also, I read that people have gone into a store like Funcoland, bought 2 used PS2 games for $7 each, then went back in line, traded those 2 games back in, and paid $9.99+tax, and walked out with one of those other games(or got a paid pre-order for it). That means they paid about $24+tax for a brand new game that would normally be $50+tax.
Can anyone get any more information on this? I'm really interested in getting Ghost Recon for XBL.

Nice find, but does anyone have anything to say about the quality of this controller? It looks to be a HIP Gear Controller, the same one that was only $9.99 at CUSA last week.Panzer Dragoon Orta is being advertised at CompUSA for MSRP, but you get a free controller with it ($19.99 retail).

Can anyone confirm if this is valid at B&M?
When you buy a Gamer's Gift card in-store, you get a $5 off coupon good for any game or accessory $19.99 or above.Originally posted by: Schnieds
What is the $5.00 GG Coupon? I think I am gonna have to get a copy of Unreal Championship... =)
YMMV is the operative word for EVERY Target clearance deal.Originally posted by: IndyJaws
Our local Target in Indianapolis (Castleton) has FIFA World Cup 2002 on closeout for $15. It appears to be B&M only, as it still shows $49.99 online.
I don't know if this is a single store or chainwide. YMMV.

If so...I'd play it like this:
$24.99 = PM EB price at BB
-$5.00 = GG coupon
$19.99 FINAL PRICE

There is also a Netflix promo $5 coupon that does the same thing available in-store, but I always stick with the GG.
You can usually get a 100% PM at the register as you check out, but not a 110% PM. Those only happen at the Service counter, AFTER you've already paid. I have yet to be turned down when using a GG coupon with a PM.Originally posted by: dahotboykjYou know, this was the first thing that popped into my mind when i saw this....butOriginally posted by: Tallgeese

didn't somebody post before that if you get the PM, you can't use the GG coupon?
