Semi-warm: I went to Ebgames to pick up a used copy of Hunter: The Reckoning. It was marked at $24.99 but rang up at 19.99.... not bad for a good game. Plus you have 14 days to return it if it doesn't work.

It seems you can trade in any Xbox game as long as it is a not a pre-2003 sports title or wrestling game. I traded in Dark Summit and Mad Dash Racing. The only Xbox game that is part of the promotion is DOA Volleyball. The rest are GC or PS2 games (Ghost Recon is available for GC only.) Funcoland and Gamestop are the same thing.

On another note, I went to my local Gamestop and the two kids behind the counter looked at me like I was an idiot when I asked about the Trade 2 promotion on DOA:XVB. Guess I won't be able to offend my wife with this game after all.

I can't decide what feature of the Cata I like best:

* Quad pulse lasers
* Quad LRMs
* Target jamming CM
* Jump jets

Prolly jump jets, since I like to use them to jump on a crippled opponent's head to deliver the killing blow!

The Cata rocks. My fav thing about them are the LRMs. Im a missle junkie, by the time someone comes after me and gets to me i normally nibbled away almost half their health, then its the best when you give them a suprise with the quad lasers upgraded to lvl 3

Our local Target in Indianapolis (Castleton) has FIFA World Cup 2002 on closeout for $15. It appears to be B&M only, as it still shows $49.99 online.

I don't know if this is a single store or chainwide. YMMV.

When you buy a Gamer's Gift card in-store, you get a $5 off coupon good for any game or accessory $19.99 or above.

There is also a Netflix promo $5 coupon that does the same thing available in-store, but I always stick with the GG.

YMMV is the operative word for EVERY Target clearance deal.

If you want this, get on it quick folks. Most Target deals sell out at light-speed!

didn't somebody post before that if you get the PM, you can't use the GG coupon?

The $5.00 GG coupon is for EB or for BestBuy? I know BB has a few different promo coupons around which would work if EB B&M has it so you could PM but if EB has a $5.00 off coupon too that would be sweet. $20 for UC w/o having to venture a trip over to Sam's Club would be nice!

EDIT - Nevermind, I answered my own question ... DUH! ... Anyways, Still a hot deal if u can PM with EB B&M ... Might have to try that this weekend!

You can usually get a 100% PM at the register as you check out, but not a 110% PM. Those only happen at the Service counter, AFTER you've already paid. I have yet to be turned down when using a GG coupon with a PM.
As always tho, YMMV...especially if your local BB has assclown managers! :|

I guy over on the chubby wallet confirm that B&M have the same price. I am going to call EB when I get a chance and confirm myself... I will post back.
