Ermm..double-check the price. I accidently posted the wrong price for NHL 2K3. It's corrected now tho.

Damn Well, thanks for saving me the trip. I'm trying to avoid buying games at prices greater than $30 when I can.

probalby not the best question for this forum....but would like some input. I picked up Beach Spikers at the $9.99 price from BB, but I'm not sure if I want to keep it, or trade it in for DOA Volleyball on XBox. Has anybody played both and have any input on this? My male instincts say to go with DOA....but if Beach Spikers plays better, then maybe I should put hormones on hold and stick with what I bought.

Sam's Club has the best price I've seen for MK: DA... like $29.98 or something.
Also some other Sam's deals (most have been posted before except GR):
MotoGP - $19.98
LotR: TTT - $24.98
MK: DA - $29.98
Ghost Recon - $29.98

and of course lots of the old standard $19.98ish titles: Nascar Heat 2002, Star Wars Starfighter, etc.

Did you ever come across MechAssault or Unreal Championship for $24.48 like a post from the previous thread mentioned?

I saw both MA and UC yesterday at my local Sam's for $24.48.

Sam's has some FANTASTIC prices on current Xbox titles.

BTW: I don't suppose anyone has seen DOAX there, have they?

How come when I goto my Sam's Club in Sterling, VA all I see is either old or crappy games for Xbox (ie. Shrek Party)?! I also went to the Sam's Club in East Brunswick, NJ (where my parents live) and they had all old/crappy games too! Some other Hot dealer must be sniffing out all the good games and grabbing them!

You might want to update the pricing for Agressive Inline from kbtoys.com. The sale price is $14.97 not $9.97.
On another note, Unreal Championship is currently on sale at gogamer.com for $23.90.
Compusa.com has THPS3 for $19.99 as well.

Seeing as they are both part of the Sam Walton juggernaut and WalMart has said they weren't going to sell DOAX, I would figure Sam's unfortunately wouldn't either. Yeah, I'd buy THAT for a dollar too. (or 30)

Max Payne is part of the Platinum Hits collection, it will be rebranded with new packaging for $20.

Also, do the Sam's prices reflect Walmart pricing?

No

I was told by a Walmart assistant manager that they would pricematch sam's club prices. If you can somehow acquire a price inquiry slip from sam's club, you could take that in to walmart and have the item PM'ed. Good for those who don't have membership I guess.

Locally, Robotech Battlecry @ Costco for $19.99

A lot of other games there for the same price, but most of them are much older than Battlecry.

Should be everywhere once MS officially announces it. That being said, EBgames.com has it for $19.99.
They also have a bunch of other games for $20 and some more at $30. Dr. Muto jumped out @ 20. Didn't that game just come out? Guess it ain't so hot, eh?

Yep...I'm kinda preemptively listing the reported "Platinum" series titles, so that folks don't go out and pay too much for one of those games, only to be pissed when it drops in price a few days or weeks later.

BTW: Prolly gonna move the "Platinum" titles completely off Post 1 to Post 2 or something. Same with the hardware items. Gotta keep the size down so the list doesn't get corrupted yet again! :frown:

BTW2: Along the same lines, I'm prolly gonna prune the multiple entries...especially when there is a large price discrepancy (certain percentage difference) between different places.

BTW3: I'm trying to avoid removing the hypertext links, which are the real KILLERS when it comes to size issues.

Stopped by the local EB B&M today and noticed some games priced at $19.99. Not exactly hot titles but here they are:

LOTR: The Fellowship of the Ring
Super Bubble Pop
Nightcaster
Nightcaster 2

EBgames.com is having a sale, Link to X-Box games on sale. (Note: the first two listed are Video DVD 'games' that require the playback kit)

A bunch of updated ebgames.com prices to be PM'ed to Tall Geese (almost all ebgames.com links in the list are now reduced in price (most to $19.99)

New deals not listed(that I noticed, probably more):
Terminator: Dawn of Fate - EBgames.com - $22.

Tried to pick up Mortal Kombat at CC with the Beast Buy ad to get an extra buck off tonight. The store near work was out, but they called one closer to home and had them hold one. I rush over there (trying to get home to watch Enterprise) and present the BB ad and she CALLS THEM UP and when they said they were sold out, refused to PM! (I didn't even know they were sold out.)

Circuit City is suck!!!!! (So much for their legendary willingness to PM.):|

That stinks for ya...but "in-stock [at competitor]" is a standard requirement of EVERY PM policy I've ever seen.

BTW: Don't forget they just announced some major "cost-cutting" maneuvers. Wouldn't be surprised to see their PM policy get a bit more strictly enforced.

More strictly enforced? My CC has always had a stick up their butts when it comes to price matching. Luckly, everyone in that store also knows me. They know that I never buy from CC unless there is a price match. So I go up to the manager directly and I tell him which store to call up and what item I'm looking for. One day he asked me if I would ever buy anything from them without price matching, I said "no. Because you guys always give me a hard time. With Best Buy or Staples, all I have to do is bring in a ad. With you no matter what proof I give, you always try to give me some sort of hassle. Your own site say "we've got you" yet you make sure to make it as difficult as possible." I can't stand CC.
