I enjoyed playing through Dead to Rights. However, I would only buy this game if it were $10. I rented it from Blockbuster and played beat the game in a week. It's fun, but pretty easy. Plus, there isn't much replayability for this title. Once you beat it, that's pretty much it! I recommend it for a rent (or borrow from a friend), but I wouldn't buy it.

Easy? Why is everyone on Ebgames saying this game is so hard? Some people are even saying that it takes them back to the 16 bit days in terms of hardness.

I thought it was incredibly hard. 16 bit games were (the good ones anyway) hard but still fun. Usually it was pattern based gameplay. For Dead to Rights, I just though the game was hard. Controls really bothered me, and so did the camera. I admit I only got towards the end of the second level, but I actually played for a few hrs. The stripper mini-game was one of the silliest things I've done in a game in a while, and I had to redo it when I died later on playing the real part of the level.

I felt through what I played, there wasn't any incentive for me to try to keep playing. Difficulty isn't a bad thing, but difficulty in agonizing gameplay is.

Just my opinion though. A lot of people r quite high on it.

Though I hear the PS2 version is MUCH better, and has some gameplay fixes that really help the game.

Same.......Here.

Maybe it's going out of print...............I haven't seen anymore copies anywhere else........Perhaps I could trade something and get it cheaper

After calling a bunch of EBs (7), and found that only 1 had it in stock, I decided to pick it up. If it ever dropped to $10, I wouldn't be able to find it anywhere.

After seeing the post for DL I rushed out after work to pick one up. Looks so awesome on my 55inch HDTV mitsubishi. Never knew 1080i looked so tight!

Has anyone actually played Dragon's Lair? How is the gameplay? What about replay value?

Rocky - EBgames.com - $19.99 Got 8.7 on IGN
(PS this game has a serious flaw. It was featured on Extended Play on Tech TV where the flaw was explained. If you dont know about it and plan to get the game, don't read or watch Extended Play's review of it)

Evil Dead: A Fistful of Boomstick - EBgames.com - $19.99

FINALLY got my Bloodrayne rebate from EB. I bought it Jan 22nd, sent the rebate in shortly afterward and the voucher is dated April 14th! WTF took almost 4 weeks to get here?

I just wanted to say that I picked up my RTCW: Tides of War yesterday for $34.99, and I'm excited. I'll keep you all updated. Great deal if you pick up XBox Live also at BB, you get $15 off any Live enable game at the same time. You could pick this up for $24.99 with Live Kit, or even $19.99 if you can get them to eat a Gamer's coupon on top of it.

I tossed the envelope and the dinner garbage is on top of it, but I think it was plain old metered mail - 1st class. It's not even a gift CARD, it's just a paper voucher on the bottom of a tri-fold pice of paper.

Well if it is first class, you could either blame either the USPS or EB.

I was waiting for my check from Speakeasy for my DSL Rebate, and I called yesterday to ask about it. They said I was supposed to get my check over a month ago so they sent out another one. So what's weird is that then I got it TODAY. So that took more than a month to get here, also sent first class. I trust Speakeasy, and for the most part I trust USPS, so I dunno who to blame.

A little like your EB situation

ed.
Yeah that sucks you just get a piece of paper. I just go in and exchange it for the gift card, cause I'm pretty reckless.

My EBGames gift check for MGS was the same way. It arrived about a month after it was printed. I think they just don't mail them out when they say they do.

Bleah...absolutely nothing for Xbox in the Sunday sale papers other than RtCW:ToW for $40 at Target. Judging from the looks of things, Sony forked out the co-op ad cash this week.

Tried to go thru it again, but you have to log in to get to the shipping part. Dunno what to say other than the penny shipping deal pops up every now and again. Was valid when I posted. You're right tho, $5 to ship kills the deal. Check back w/CUSA every now and again and see if penny shipping applies (they seem to rotate this to various items).

There really hasn't been any real news. All will be answered next week @E3 tho.
