No guff. I waited to get Halo until I stumbled over a $40 used copy and hit it with the membership card. (EB World has started their own thing, as well.)

See? Lots of fun to be had for a little bit of coin IF you're able to resist the urge to buy everything the moment it comes out. I see dorks on the Xbox sites bragging about how they know the delivery schedules of their stores to the minute, so they can buy the new titles right out of the shipping box. These are the same people who are totally chapped by the policy change at EB that prevents them from doing the rolling return/rental scam. Babies.
The Platinum Hits series makes several of my titles available for $20 a pop, but other than Silent Hill, none of my games were bought under those terms.
