Yup, the wonders of what feminism has done for democracies around the world.

very true.
I see it on cops a lot also. one that really pissed me offwas the women called the cops on her boyfriend. claimed he choked her and hit her. he was trying to ge this stuff out.
cops show up and the guy is sitting next door talking. cops come over and slam the guy to the ground and handcuff him. while talking to him he says all he did was push her away when she was hitting him he had scratch marks etc o nhis face) the guys who were sitting with him said the same thing. and that the GF was saying she was going to have him arrested for assault.
they go in and talk to the women. she says he hit her (no marks on her though) and he choked her. when she brought her hands up to show what he did the marks on her neck matched perfectly with her own hands. also the cop knew she has done this before. etc
so what happened? the cops busted him for pushing her away when he was getting hit.

Yes, they should have.
However - the little twerp just kept jacking them up, even after he'd been hit and pushed repeately. His little gums just never stopped flapping - he deserved every bit of what he got.

He did?

I still don't see it.
He was mouthing off, but that's it.
Guy went to throw a punch and held back. He made the first move. He also gave the woman a push, thought better of it, and tried to run.

If the girls had started the confrontation, I'd like to think they would've gotten in trouble with the law.
But you can see the guy fake throwing a punch, and you can see the guy shove the girl. I'm not an expert on laws regarding fights, but I'd assume you're pretty much allowed to go at it once someone initiates it, and then the person who started it can be charged.
The girls pursued him, and the girls threw the first punches. Sh!t, man, they chased him down.
It doesn't matter who said what, it matters who assaults who.

So any woman that mouths off to a guy deserves it if he beats her in return?

yes he deserved to be humilated. but not arrest and attacked. The 3 women should have been taken in also.

The punch he never even attempted is irrelevant. You can't even clearly see if he pushed her on the video, he was obscured by her large frame. You could see her pushing him though. Then he took off and she grabbed his hoodie. The whole first part of the video he spends trying to get AWAY from one then two fat chicks, they were clearly the agressors from what we could see in the video.
I see no reason from the video why he should have been charged, but they definitely should have been, especially the second and third fatties.

The women did NOT throw the first punch. When the woman tangles with him the first time, you can see his arm fly through the air when they're blocked by the people. More than likely he was swinging at her. On top of that, you do NOT have to throw a punch to start a fight. The shove initiated the fight, plain and simple. The shove was assault, plain and simple.
The guy had plenty of opportunities to escape. Hell, after he got into the first tangle with the large woman, he had a clear path behind him. No offense, but a woman that large usually isn't fast enough to catch a guy like that. But he just kept running his mouth, and kept on going at it with the women. He was a willing participant in a fight. Just because there were 2 women and 1 man doesn't mean that the women were the ones committing the assault.
Instead, he kept on throwing shoves, and you can see him land a swinging right on the chick that has him in a headlock. The large blonde woman was probably coming to her friend's defense after she saw the guy land a punch on her friend.
Everyone was guilty of being involved in a fight. However, it was the man who intiated it, which is why he probably got the brunt of the police action.

If her experience with him is that he hits when get loses his temper, then yes. There's never an excuse to hit. and there's no excuse for escalating a risky situation.

You can see clearly in the video how he drops to a lower position and lunges forward at the woman in black. If you're trying to move a person larger than you, that's EXACTLY how you're supposed to shove them.

What video are you watching? I can clearly see a woman stalk a man with the intent to hit him while he is trying to get away. She grabs him and then he pushes her to try and break her grab. She started the fight, not him.

So you knew her intent? If you're a bigger guy, you know exactly what she was doing. She was intimidating him to get him to put his tail between his legs and run off.
How can you not see how he lowers his position (center of gravity) and goes to shove her?

And what about her actions before that? She was just following him around in a menacing manner because she wanted to kiss and make up? He just kept trying to get away from her until he was double teamed.

If he didn't want the situation to escalate, he could've turned tail and ran. He had plenty of room to take off running behind him. Instead, he shoves her. That's assault and it started the fight.
