I think I'd agree if I was sure he pushed her, but it's just not clear from the video. She blocked our view of him, and there was no obvious effects from the push. It looked like he faked the punch to try to scare her off, and he may have lunged to try to scare her off too... all we can see is that she pushes him.

Mugs, concentrate on the guy, not the fat chick. You can see he impacts her and she goes to push his hands away as he makes contact with her. You can see the push if you look for it.

I keep rewatching that part and he is COMPLETELY obscured by her body and the left side of the frame at the point the impact would have occurred, you can't see a single part of his body. You can see her head move back a little bit but that doesn't mesh with where he would have hit her - that was probably just her reaction to his lunge. I think he probably did push her, or at least he tried to and was blocked, but you can't see it on the video tape. All you can see is her pushing him back after whatever happened while he was obscured by her body.

And the chick in the blue did swing at him before he pushed her back.

Look at what happens after the push. He tries to get away, she pulls him down. He moves away again, she comes after him and he pushes her to the side in defense. Then the chick in the blue comes at him from the side and takes a swing at him. Up until that point he was just trying to get out of the situation. After the chick in the blue took a swing at her he started pushing her.

Then it looked like the camera cut away and we see the third chick jump on him.

The women were looking for a fight because he said something inappropriate to them, and he was just defending himself.

I think we're going to have to agree to disagree.

In this video, the three women returned to a limo. This didn't appear to be a case of an abusive relationship. It appears to be women getting out of a limo to beat a guy that was mouthy on the street.

She hit him once, and he kept flapping his gums. He didn't have any reason to think she wouldn't hit him again, and he didn't shut up or get out. When they met is totally irrelevant.

So it's ok for me to hit a woman once, and if she keeps flapping her gums and doesn't run, I can keep on hitting her? Will you back me up in court on this?

Basically what I'm hearing here is this:

Women believe it's ok for women to hit men if the men say something they don't like ,but it's not ok for a man to ever hit a woman.

If you read my earlier post, I said the women should have been arrested, too. I also said that there is no excuse for hitting.

There's also no excuse for stupidity. He could have run away, but he kept talking instead. He gave them more opportunities to get physical, knowing that they would do so. That makes him almost as guilty as the women were.

I agree he's guilty of stupidity, but it's not a crime to be stupid. And being stupid doesn't justify someone else beating him.

So the guy will be out of jail tomorrow. All three of those women will probably die of a heart attack within 20 years. Plus they're cows.

He may have been arrested, but he wins.

He wasn't arrested for being stupid. He was arrested for acting stupid. I didn't say his actions justified theirs; I said he should take responsibility for his actions, too.
