How do you prevent tragedies like this from happening? The reality is you can't because they are so random. Anybody with a grudge, ideology, and mental illness can cause harm at will.

Obviously you need to focus less on julienne straw man comments and acknowledge the problem in the world with respect to radical jihadists operating in the West.
