I guess my definition of "douchebag" is much different than most in this thread. Zach from Wedding Crashers is the man (his friends call him "The Zach" and he's super-mean to Rachel McWhineface), and Ellis from Die Hard is flat-out awesome. He drops such lines as:
"Hans, bubby, I'm your white knight!"
and
"Hey babe, I negotiate million dollar deals for breakfast. I think I can handle this Eurotrash."

I think the instructor is the bigger douchebag. The bully is a douche nozzle.

If it was the kid he wasn't such a douchebag. I mean, he handed the trophy to the hero in the end and congratulated him sincerely.
