Lynch says it reeks. Hehe. The partisan dishonesty of some liberals is amazing.

“I certainly wouldn't do it again. Because I think it has cast a shadow,” Lynch said of her meeting with Bill Clinton. “The most important thing for me as attorney general is the integrity of this Department of Justice. And the fact that the meeting I had is now casting a shadow over how people will view that work is something that I take seriously and deeply and painfully.”

Christ on a pogo stick, no shit Loretta.

That people are defending or denying anything inappropriate happened here is amazing to me.

I think we can rest assured that regardless of the actual facts in this case, this is a huge scandal and the Republicans will want to endlessly investigate, unless Hillary loses the election in which case it's not a big deal.

Amirite?

WTF does it take for you-all to realize what Hillary et al are?

I'm not saying Trump is a good candidate, but goddamn, this kind of stuff is just a slap in the face.

How lucky for us that we are about to elect as President literally the only Secretary of State to ever discover this important principle that superior IT people such as yourself already know. With such a towering intellect at the helm giving us enlightened government totally without oversight, I've no doubt that she can succeed in making the USA every bit as successful as she made Libya and Syria.

As for the other "point", I've laid out my reasoning several times. I have every faith that someone of your massive intellectual prowess and experience can easily find it and understand it. Well . . . find it. Okay, find someone who can find it for you. After all, you already know that virtually all government and corporate servers are located in the executive's basement, so you're practically half way there already.

That was a sad derp good sir, even by your standards.

Rule number one from the Republican playbook: accuse you opponent of doing what it is you yourself are doing.

Saul Alinsky advised the same. That's politics 101, imbecile. Both parties suck. I'm just honest enough to admit it.

No shit, Sherlock. That's been obvious from the start. The rest is gossip & innuendo.

Somebody put pepper in your panties? Go clean your mangina, put on fresh knickers, and cheer up.

- I'll be shocked if the FBI director recommends indictment

- Even if by some freak chance he does, as has been pointed out she'll cop to some minor charge and go about her business; and it'll all blow over by November.

- If things get really freaky and the the FBI demands a special prosecutor, nothing will happen until well after the election.

- The stupid party may very well try to subvert Trump's nomination, which will blow up in their face.

- Regardless of that, I'll be stunned if Hillary isn't elected in November. Trump is a babe in the woods when it comes to dealing with the hubris and malevolence that is the Clintons.

- You dems will get your 2-3 (maybe even 4) SCOTUS picks as a result.

- Cheer up, bro.

I dont know how you derived some personal endorsement for Hillary's character from my statement. I'm not looking for some moral standard bearer in a president. I want someone who is competent, even-keeled, and wont take any needless action borne of sheer ignorance or hubris that puts my families' livelihood or personal security in peril. Hillary fits that mold pretty well. If she uses the office to enrich a few friends along the way she'll reveal herself to be what everyone in Washington already is, a politician. I can live with that, as that is mere peanuts in the grand scheme of things. Starting a needless trade war that might imperil my job is not peanuts.

Perhaps you should re-evaluate your priorities if your soul is so wrapped up in national politics. Assuming we have competent, ie not reckless leadership in Washington, you can turn off your television, stop reading whatever forums, blogs, and cooky websites you frequent, and this whole culture war you feel is raging simply goes away. Trump is the kind of politician that will bring it right to your doorstep.

lol Amazing how what you are looking for just magically morphs into whatever the Democrats just happen to be offering at the moment. But hey, at least you've aligned your desires with what you're getting - a crook.

I notice you're here posting, and unless politico, cnn, npr, etc are loony websites, I'm not, and thanks for the insult and the lesson in self serving rationalization.

I would love to have her get elected and THEN arrested like a month later. How great would that be, first female president in jail in under a year.

I'm sorry did your post refute something I said or did you think you were telling me something I didn't know?

Lo! Dumb ass!

So would I, given that the whole thing has been utterly blown out of proportion.

- Even if by some freak chance he does, as has been pointed out she'll cop to some minor charge and go about her business; and it'll all blow over by November.

Couldn't pass up the opportunity for speculation & innuendo, huh?

Probably not. The shreiking & moaning will be epic, however.

- Regardless of that, I'll be stunned if Hillary isn't elected in November. Trump is a babe in the woods when it comes to dealing with the hubris and malevolence that is the Clintons.

Trump will likely lose because he's a joke & because what he said to win the primary won't sell in the broader electorate.

Hillary will run a very conventional campaign based on... wait for it... past accomplishemts & the issues. And she'll have the wherewithall to run an effective GOTV campaign. The PACS can just run video montage of what he's already said along with a lot of lovely true stuff about Trump U, Trump Baja, his tax returns, bankruptcies, trophy wives, maybe the time he compared sleeping around to the risks of combat in Vietnam. Just the usual Trump bullshit.

Dunno that any of it will be due to hubris or malevolence.

Bumping into each other in the airport and saying a quick 'hi' in passing is a far cry from hanging out in her plane for 30 minutes. But in your scenario, the answer would be a flat out 'no issue'.

Yes, as I mentioned earlier, the 30 minute thing is kind of suspicious and that's the fact, if it is in fact a fact, that is most damning.

But, unless some recording pops up that suggests something nefarious the most that's likely to happen is for LL to recuse, but I doubt even that will happen.

Someone should lock Bill up until the 4th of November so he does not sabotage Hillary's candidacy.

Yeah, they need to build him an island with no cameras and provide him with an unlimited supply of hookers and blow ... and a few hundred million$...

The most likely thing is that the FBI won't find enough evidence to warrant a grand jury or any indictments.

Which just means the conspiracy must be bigger than Hillary haters imagined, right?

It's almost like conservative projection of their own blind partisanship onto the people who "support" Clinton do so because they don't read the words that we say, over and over and over. I'm a Sanders supporter and voted for him in my state's primary, but because I'm not a self-hating masochist, I obviously won't vote for Strongman Trump. And that's not even taking into account his tiny, tiny hands.

Clinton isn't a whiney lunatic who says stupid shit over and over and over again. If that is all I've got to vote for, over Trump, I'll take it.

It's one of those, "remove the beam from your own eye before bitching about the speck in my eye". The Republican party is essentially FUBAR, and Clinton's email server is supposed to make me either vote for a shitty reality TV star, or stay home? I'm supposed to clutch my pearls that I can't see who Clinton met with every single day on her calendar? I'm supposed to shit myself that her husband, a former extroverted and personable (!) President met with the current Attorney General while at the same airport?

Bitch about the optics all you want, but holy shit, Bill Clinton and Lynch have known each other for a good 16-17 years, so excuse me if I don't assume that Clinton and Lynch couldn't chat for 30 minutes about stuff other than the IMPENDING! EMAIL! INDICTMENT! COVERUP!

The conservative partisans get soooooo upset that libruuls dare to speak up about issues where THE INVESTIGATION IS STILL ONGOING. In essence, if you have Clinton as a last name, you're guilty until proven guilty.

I've made no comment about the investigation other than that LL may have to recuse herself.

As to the meeting in Hell (summer in Phoenix) it was either stupid or there was something nefarious going on -- I opt for stupid but I'll keep an open mind!
