Yeah, I hate it when people are allowed to speak and think freely. Anyone with an opinion counter to mine is obviously wrong and should be taken out of this world! </sarcasm>

Do you even know what he meant by the comment?

I'm not too worried about Bill. I'm sure he'll find a home somewhere. He's a perfect fit for HBO. The show just came on too late for me to watch consistently; I did love it though.

From what I have seen most of ATOT would be dead if this were policy.

I used to like watching the show back when it was on Comedy Central. Then he started taking himself seriously and it sucked after that. So, yawn........

And yes, I support our military, including the use of bombing and missiles in place of ground troops. The goal in war is to win not to show bravery. And yes, I think the terrorists' choice of targets was rephrensible, and the attacks were barbaric. But the pilots carrying out the attacks did display some (misguided) courage.

Sure you can be happy. I don't think it's right for people to want someone off the air just because they don't agree with the views expressed. I hate Rush Limbaugh and I disagree with 99% of everything he says, but I don't care that he's on the air. Know why? I just don't listen to him.

That is not pointing out that it takes more courage to fly the plane into a building. It is calling us cowardly. Big difference. He apologized later and said he was refering to politicians and not the military. Doesn't really matter to me. He is just another in a long line of idiots trying to comment on warfare who don't know jack.

His show was better before it went to broadcast TV, though he probably made a lot more $$ on network I'd imagine. I hope he goes back over to cable, with his previous, more legit (IMO) format.

Being brave and being brainwashed are two different things. In this case I think they (the terrorists) were brainwashed. Audie Murphy was brave, these guys were not. JMO.

It was an interesting show, but after awhile the pattern was annoying. One about 2 or three liberals, and one conservative - I personally can't stand the conservatives, but I got pretty sick of the "gang-up" up game.

Bill Maher has some great ideas, but the problem is he is spews much arrogance and contemptuousnes when he speaks; you might as well put a crown on his head to fit that throne.

The only sad news I see in that article is that the Man Show is ending.

As for PI, I just never enjoyed it. Too many dumb celebrities whining about how what a gift socialism is before hopping on a helicopter to ride back to one of their mansions.

The Associated Press is reporting that ABC is canceling Bill Maher's late-night topical talk show, "Politically Incorrect," and replacing it with an entertainment show led by Comedy Central's Jimmy Kimmel.

On the bright side...he's the guy that is on the Man Show....fuuuuuuunnnyyyyy stuff!
