BIOS Settings Question

ok, im trying to tweak my BIOS, but however i know jack about how any of the settings affect overall performance. I've tried some tweaking here and there, but im not sure overall what i should do to get the most out of my configuration. I have all the latest drivers, BIOS, service packs etc.. I've read a few BIOS gudes, but they have all been very generic and non-specific. So now I bow to the knowledge of those online. Here are the specs for the system:

DFI LanParty Ultra NFII
Barton 3000 XP (400)
2x256 Crucial Micron PC3200
80 GB WD 8Mb cache
Radeon 9700 Pro 128
Win XP
Coolermaster silence

with the acception of memory timings, the guides that come with system boards tend to be pretty good at explaining in simplest terms what settings to what.
