Actually this looks identical to the Quicksteamer Plus selling for
$78 at amazon for BRAND NEW with 1 yr warranty (unit at overstock is factory recondidtioned with 90 day wararnty). although you may have to pay more for shipping from amazon.

Unfortunately, this doesn't qualify for free shipping at Amazon. Shipping is 16.20 for a total of 95.09 which is considerably more than 59.99 + 2.95 shipping at Overstock. 62.94 vs 95.09 is a 32.15 difference.

Bumperoo!! Thanks, I paid about $250 for a Regina Power Scrubber a few years ago and the thing just fell apart, literally. Plastic cracked and broke, wheels fell off, the works. I been holding it together with tape because I felt guilty for paying so much for it (before Anandtech). This Bissell will do nicely. Also I like Overstock as I got in on their Phanton Thunder bagless vacuum for $99 a few months back and love the thing to death!! Can't wait to vacuum!!

They're always trying to be helpful I've been looking for a decent way to steam clean for cheap (I have ferrets, too), and this looks like it might work quite well. The older guy (George) is always right on target, but Kuna (year younger) is sort of ditzy, so he forgets where to go sometimes

I have used this the quick steamer plus for my house for two years. This thing is light. You need to add hot water. My living room is around 550 square feet(I guess) and I have to replace the water for 3 to 4 times to get the job done. But it is very easy to move around and I find myself quite enjoy of washing my own carpet (Prove myself useful to my mom since she keeps bugging me about only go to work and not helping in the house.) If you can spare 20 minutes for each room, (I wash one room every week) then, this machine is for you. Normally, it takes around 3 hours to dry.

I Hoover not a Bissell like this one but I would order two if you are going to boil some water to run through the machine, at least this way you can see how well they work after you get out the second one.

FYI, most Bissell carpet machines use a plastic bladder with a partition in the middle for holding the cleaning and dirty solution vs Hoover uses separate buckets. However, Bissell have built-in heating element to heat up the cleaning solution, but I am not sure if this low price one has it or not. I've just brought a Hoover at Sears 2 weeks ago for around $250 after 10% off.
