What is the fastest gpu that will run with a 750 watt psu (want to upgrade my old old 1070 but system is an itx case with sf 750)....

4080 will run on a 750w PS. If you want cheaper items then 6800xt / 3080 / 3080ti all will run on 750w.

Sorry, I'm talking vanilla OEM cards. If you're looking at 3rd party overclocked cards then their PS requirements could be as much as +200w. A OEM 6800xt will run on a 750w PS if you want an AMD card.
