Anyone have any opinions on the Samsung 26" Widescreen HDTV at Sears. Their don't seem to be any reviews online( I guess its a brand new model and size). Probably similar in features and performance to the 30".

Only downside I can see is lack of inputs. Only two component and inputs and no DVI(as far as I can see none of the Samsung CRTs have one). HD Cable or satellite receiver and DVD player hooked up to components and you are all out of inputs.

Only other HDTV's normally in this price range are 4:3 and made by lower end brands(Advent, etc.), seems hard to pass up.

Okay, so does anyone have a model # on that Vivitar digicam Target is offering? The Kodak is a CX4310 (special model number for Wal-Mart only). It's in the Wal-Mart flyer I got today.

I need a cheap digicam for the wife and kids (scared to let them have free use of my Sony 717).

I would like to compare both the Kodak and the Vivitar since I won't be able to buy both (can't be in 2 lines at one time!)

Let's just boycott them althogether on BF. Maybe if they see a significant drop off in their big ad day from usual, they'll realize that these forums are a good thing for their business and they should embrace us instead of treating us like enemies. To all BF veterans, what are the odds that I will find the All-in-one cutting tool at sears if i go at like 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM. Do they sell out of all their sale items like 20 minutes into opening, or are there still good deals left for a couple of hours?

Depends on what it is and how much the discount is. I went for a BBQ grill last year, first thing, and people were buying them as quick as they could. Of course, it was under half-price...

you all talk like bb is making money on any of the items they have on black friday. that's amusing.

i think if you put it in perspective - we are the saavy consumers that buy only the good deals and prevent these organizations from making money on other high markup items. we are the ppl who are low profit for the black fridays sales - we think too much. none of these black fridays deals are aimed at us - we just do a good job of exploiting them. that's what being a good consumer is all about.
