Black Ops II, Best place to pre-order

Awhile back I've seen the Pre-orders with $20 gift cards, e-cards and etc. I don't see any for the latest releases like this any more.

What are the stores offering for a Pre-order?

Where is the best Pre-order?

This probably would have been better off in the BO2 thread, as we already have some pre-order details there.

You're not looking at a whole lot right now, no one is really offering any discounts. If anything, GameStop will have trade-in offers - other than that, the bonuses are the same at all stores. If you get Hardened, then you get all of the pre-order bonuses.

Keep an eye out for Newegg. They have $12 off preorders sometimes, on 9/1 I preordered the PC version for $47.99.

Yeah, NewEgg has had a couple $48 pre-order opportunities. I'll post it in the BO2 thread the next time it comes up, if it does. Otherwise, I wouldn't expect it from anywhere else.
