You're problem's right there. I don't believe in no creator without proof, it's that I do not believe in a creator without proof. When you see the difference, you will understand. But, no point in derailing this into a discussion of religion.

Generally a witch hunt is considered an investigation that is baseless on the merits, but is used to undermine or ostracize people. Both of the cases you mentioned there have considerable support by independent actors that state the administration (not necessarily Bush) engaged in significant wrongdoing. The special prosecutor named by the DOJ for the Plame case stated that he was not able to conclude his investigation due to widespread perjury on the part of executive branch officials. That's a pretty damning statement. With the attorney firings, several members of the Bush administration have admitted wrongdoing, and whats-her-name resigned because of it.

I've noticed no call for Bush's imprisonment over this, and if its there I certainly haven't made them myself. To compare those two cases to this ridiculous lawsuit by a crazy person is not accurate.
