Can you please get some other source besides WND? That site has about as much credibility as a tabloid.

<Men in Black>Tabloids contain all the real news.</Men in Black>
I can't believe this thread is still alive. Which is worse - event8horizon's 9/11 conspiracy thread or K3N's thread on the Barack Obama not born in Hawaii conspiracy?

the only reason this thread is still alive is k3n keeps it on life support.

any WND poll will give you amusing results. i wonder how high the number would be of people who think that obama is the antichrist and the rapture is going to occur within the first 4 years of his admin. my guess, north of 70%.

No matter what happens there will still be a cloud around it because Obama wasted so much money on lawyers delaying and fighting it, instead of just giving up the information in the past.
That's a crock. First, whatever Obama spent obviously wasn't wasted because he successfully fought off the attempts to disqualify him. Second, unless you can prove he didn't provide appropriate documentation he actually has or as dictated by law, you have no idea what his alternatives were.
This one's called. Get over it.

Would you deny citizenship to the children of American service personnel serving their nation at a foreign post simply because their duty assignments happened to be at a U.S. post in another country? :Q
Puerto Rico, officially the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, is a U.S. territory, and by law, people born in Puerto Rico are citizens of the United States of America. They pay taxes, and they are subject to U.S. laws, including draft laws when they were in force during times of war. Who are you (or your ambiguous "they") to deny them the same right to hold political office as any other native born American citizen?
The citizenship of those born in whatnot is either whatever or undetermined.
Great idea. If anywhere has fewer US citizens than Puerto Rico, let's disregard them. Of course that happens to include 24 states and Washington DC. Puerto Rico has more people than Delaware, South Dakota, Alaska, North Dakota, Vermont, and Wyoming combined.Originally posted by: mooseracing
They need to declare a natural born citzen with easy, clear boundaries, like the USA, no militray posts in other countries (it is still that countires land), other little areas like Puerta (sp)Rico and whatnot.

I see it as wasted as this case was brought in multiple places over and over, and if IIRC quite a bit of time passed before they tried to resolve it.
That is more where I am meaning that he didn't juse give them the docs they wanted to see at the beginning instead of the drawign this out in multiple small courts and sending his lawyers everywhere.
Or he didnt' care because the excess money probably came from one of the finacial companies that he is in bed with just like the rest of the U.S. government.

Yes I would deny them, they can become a U.S. citizen after immgrating here, so they can't run for POTUS, big deal.
And I don't care if PR is a territory, become a state and follow ALL our laws or GTFO.
Like I said it needs to be defined, and knowing our government it will be all wishy washy, just like they are on every topic.

"Hawaiian statue 338 allows Foreign Born children of Hawaiian Residents to obtain Hawaiian Birth Certificates, it allows one to get Hawaiian Certification of Life birth based on a statement of one relative only, without any corroborating evidence."
A week or so ago, a private investigator stated that the divorce papers of Obama, could have possibly stated that Obama was born in Kenya.
