Ummmm... like Harvey said, Puerto Ricans are US citizens by birth. In fact, the US has nicely defined that all persons born in Puerto Rico after January 13, 1941 are natural born citizens.

Well to me, this whole issue just illustrates that we don't have a decent, or perhaps any, system of verifying whether candidates do in fact meet the Constitution requirements of office. Regardless of Obama, that needs fixed IMO.

Just to be clear, Justice Roberts did not "agree to hear" the case - he does not have that authority. He just decided to submit it to the entire Court in conference to vote on whether the Court will hear the case. In light of the fact that Congress today certified his election it seems likely the Court won't grant certiorari and this whole issue will be dead once and for all.

I find it entertaining that Keyes is represented by a SoCal dentist of all things - it's a good indicator of the quality of the case and his arguments. She does have really nice teeth, though . . .

You continuing to beat this dead horse could have possibly shown beyond a doubt that you are insane.

You still have not come up with a plausible explanation regarding the time machine that allowed Obama to go back to August of 1961, coax the hospital into faking his birth, then have them report a fake live birth announcement to the Hawaii Health Bureau, which then got picked up and printed on page B-6 of the August 13, 1961 copy of the Honolulu Advertiser. I guess we should assume that all the babies who were born the first week of August and that were reported to the Bureau and the Advertiser are all, in fact, Kenyans.

I bet Mr. and Mrs. Chun whose son was born on the 5th, will be glad to finally know why their boy was always so good at basketball. Maybe it was the 'spring' in his feet?
