To be fair, there is not a single species on the planet outside of the most basic single-celled organisms that has existed for a billion years. Sharks and crocodiles have been around for a few hundred million, but even though the basic taxonomy is the same, they are still different species; you couldn't take a shark from 2008 back a few hundred million years and breed it with a prehistoric shark.

So no, homo sapiens will not be around in one billion years. The chances of that happening are more astronomical than the chances that K3N is right about the Illuminati.

I don't have any real problem with a case seeking to define the long ambiguous term "natural born citizen" phrase which the legislature and courts have purposefully left vague. As long as the plaintiff isn't claiming conspiracy or kenyan birth, they have the right to litigate what they see as a constitutional issue. They'll still ultimately lose, so whatever.

That's a crock. First, whatever Obama spent obviously wasn't wasted because he successfully fought off the attempts to disqualify him. Second, unless you can prove he didn't provide appropriate documentation he actually has or as dictated by law, you have no idea what his alternatives were.

Puerto Rico, officially the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, is a U.S. territory, and by law, people born in Puerto Rico are citizens of the United States of America. They pay taxes, and they are subject to U.S. laws, including draft laws when they were in force during times of war. Who are you (or your ambiguous "they") to deny them the same right to hold political office as any other native born American citizen? :roll:

The citizenship of those born in whatnot is either whatever or undetermined.
