Hey now, I hate Blink 182 something fierce but let's not blur genres here. Boy bands and pop punk are both annoying, but for very different reasons. If you're gonna hate, KNOW what you're hating instead of just jumping on the bandwagon for the fuck of it.

haha - this song was the epitome of what I was talking about two posts up - that video they openly mocked the other popular pop music at the time - in one of their poppiest songs ever!!

pop punk = pop with mohawks and guitars.

i have a tough time telling musical genres apart anyways.

a bunch of guys wearing tightie whities singing, teenie bopper girls in background ooohing and aaaahing over said band in video = boy band, imo. even more so when what i remember most about them was a girl in my high school saying "i would love for them to come here in their underwear", or something to that effect. wierd girl, very funny, stoner. anywayzzzz

that said, i dont *hate* blink182. i hate backstreet boys and nsync.
