Maybe we should treat cops like soldiers and rotate them regularly out of the war zones. The cop murdered that black kid who was going to show his gun permit. But I wonder if years of dealing with gang bangers and drug dealers everyday wears on their psyche. Incidents where police use excessive force don't happen every where. Dallas for instance has the lowest rate of police complaints for a city that size anywhere in the U.S. because of deescalatio n training. There is a pattern to this shit. Rather than blanket statements and killing of random police officers people should encourage governments to understand it is simply not white officers gunning down black people.

Irony is that this attack took place that specifically and laudably trains its officers to deescalate, and before there's been any investigation to speak of regarding the two most recent police related shootings which weren't in the same state let alone jurisdiction.
