Thats what blockbuster is banking on. No wonder america is so overweight haha!

Who said anything about WATCHING them? 260GB of HD space + Divx + 60-90 DVD's = lot's of enjoyment this summer until whenever I get a chance to see all of them later (because if I haven't seen it, it's new to me!)

bah, divx what a waste you don't get 5.1/dts commentaries, special features etc. just use smartripper and rip a full backup of a disc, doesn't take much more then 7gb ussually. no biggie with 120+ GB hd's these days. use windvd4 and u can run full dvds from folder with menus and all features intact very kewl. this way i can send back any netflix dvd the same day, really increases turnover and good if i'm too busy at the momment. netflix still rules compared to blockbuster, they respect widescreen editions.. and they also have far far larger selection. if you watch a decent number of movies(anime/indi films/foriegn etc), you'll run out of decent stuff to watch at blockbuster fast

Agree, I also think netflix is where it's at. A couple months, nay, a couple weeks and you've seen all their good movies. I'll take the selection and convenience of Netflix over the speed of Blockbuster.

Netflix has addressed some of the delay by building some regional warehouses.

For example, here in Georgia, they mail them from the next town over from me. Means that I get my Netflix request usually by next day!

And I too love the fact that to return them, all I gotta do is walk to my mailbox. And they also return back to the warehouse in 1 day! Those late fees at Blockbuster were really kicking my behind, but not any more!
