I cancelled a couple months ago because of this. At the time, my price was going to be the same, $14.99/mo. But 3 in-store exchanges instead of unlimited, and NO monthly free in-store rental coupon.
I wouldn't say I took advantage of it. The first couple months I caught up on my movie watching quite a bit as I did exchanges every time. then it leveled off quite a bit, simply because there wasn't anything else I wanted to see.
I've since gone to Netflix and am happy with it. I've done the online viewing a couple times and it's pretty cool as well.
I think leaving BB was more on principle than my being unsatisfied with their service. Although if I had stayed, I for sure would've cancelled if/when the price increased to boot!
