This method did not work for me. I followed the instructions of resetting by holding down the power button. It turned on the WELCOME. But did not reboot. jUST showed the turning off buttons. Should I keep trying to power it back on?
I tried to turn off my tablet. I than powered it back on but it comes back on to the WELCOME page. Does not give me an error message or an update option. Please give me another option or help.
