Actually no go...I tried a few times and my phone just can't do pics anymore. Sorry.
I though I might be able to make it work with it plugged in but there's just not enough power in the battery.

I really wasn't gonna do anything (I dont care that much) but I found a mummified mouse and wanted a pic so I thought if I want the mouse pic maybe I would actually take the effort and try.

Then I was planning on just posting pics of the food at first to drag it out.
