Blowing a fan onto another fan

Sorry if this is a rather noobish question - but i'm still very much a newbie when it comes to cooling.

Here's my question:
Is there anything wrong with having a fan blowing air straight onto another fan?

Here's the situation. I recently purchased the Ultra Wizard Blue case that was FAR at Frys.com. It has a tunnel on the side panel that goes right over top of the CPU, presumably so that the CPU fan is not blowing stale/hot air from teh case onto the CPU but fresh air from outside of the case.

What i'd LIKE to do is put a fan at that spot where the tube is (and keep the tube b/c i like having it there for teh CPU) b/c the fan has blue lights that i think would look cool coming out of the side. But is that going to mess up the CPU fan if there is air blowing straight on it from another fan?

if they are both blowing in the same direction then this should theoretically increase ariflow. (if you have 2 20CFM fans then the total should be about 40CFM) though i am not enitrly sure of this.

not at all.

it might actually increase the cfm of the cpu fan. only good things can happen from that.

If the two fans are a closed system, then the total airflow would probably be the airflow of the top fan?

I can't see it doubling the airflow, but the pressure difference generated by the 1st fan should make it easier on the 2nd, which will probably speed up.

Two fans won't double the airflow (i.e. 20 CFM plus 20 CFM != 40 CFM), but it will increase the airflow an appreciable amount (20+20=28-ish?).
