I had been for months having problems with my rig
I had change power supply , cpu , hhd , motherboard and memory ram but the problem still there and windows crash random.
so now I'm asking some kind of expertise help here

the event ID that i get is 6008 and 1001 when the system crash , could be the windows version that I'm using , I'm really out of possibilities.

I beg to differ, a BSOD is usually a driver issue, if not, THEN it usually points to hardware issue.

Since the OP didn't tell us what they have tried, the best thing to do is stress test each part, test RAM first with memtest86+, let it run overnight, should be 0 errors, then use OCCT / prime 95 and let it run a few hours, should be 0 errors. Assuming both those pass, then, time to run furmark and test the video card, let it run 1 hour or so.
For OCCT / prime95 and furmark you should monitor the voltages with HWmonitor (free), those voltages should be close to their listed ranges.

And while you did change RAM already, it still could be BIOS settings that are too aggressive--you don't tell us what RAM you are using either.

List full details of all your parts as well.

I had test already my ram with memtest+ i did 6 completly pass ,I have 32gb corsair xms3 8gbx4

on event view i get error id 41 and 6008 ,i already did a clean installation but the problem still there. there is no overclock and ram is running at 1600 . im gonna do prime and futumark , since i already test the ram before but im going to give it another shot with memtest tonight again but the ram was replace by corsair just 2 months ago

I have a g2 evga 1300w that should be enough , just replace my old xfx 850w cuz i thought the problem was there

Have you tried replacing the ram with a different one and run your system for several hours and check if the BSOD still occurs?

I did , and the memory on the system is new too

I wonder if is something to do with drivers? Since im using a x79 extreme 4 . Shouldnt i install the driver for the motherboard from their web page or should i let windows 10 fix that?

Did prime5 3h no errors
Futurmark 1:30 min no error
Voltage seems fine
And ram timings as it should be

I will try reinstalling windows again

The problem seems fixed after a update on the asmedia driver for usb 3.0 and sata
