Everyone gets "modifications" for their own reasons. I chose dragons, well, for my reasons. And it's VERY meaningfull to me. Otherwise, it's not worht putting on your body.

Funniest tat I've ever seen. Buddy of mine gets his girlfriends name tat'd on his stomach. They WERE engaged, and what not. Well needless to say, "were". So f*ck, he had this huge name across his gut. He's a 300lb fat dude Anywho, I'm not sure if the idea was his or if he'd seen it, but he had a great big "VOID" in red put over it, like it was stamped, at an angle and everything. Damn that was funny.

I don't care if piercings 'down there' give you more pleasure....there has to be a chance that they'll do it wrong and give you no pleasure at all!

I think anything more than the ears (or navel i guess) on a girl is a turn off.

As for tatoo's, I have seen girls with little ones on their ankle and stuff like that. Now, little tiny ones that are not really noticable on a girl are cute...just not a lot of them. Big ones...yuck

As for me, if I ever got one I suppose it would be on my upper arm or upper back/shoulder blade.

Got my ears pierced not too long ago and I like it - it's something different and adds a different flare to your look. I may get a tattoo in a couple of years, but it'd be something small and tasteful - something I can live with for the rest of my life.

If my speaking out about my aversion to body mutilation makes you sick...why is it so difficult for you to understand that viewing the mutilations makes me sick?????? And, give me a break! Same reason many women like to ride Harleys too. But, I don't think that is in the same league as punching holes into our most sensitive areas. For heaven sakes how good does it need to feel? Seems to me as if God made sex quite pleasueable enough &quot;as is&quot;.

Same here, 3 tattoos and 3 piercings by now. Got my tongue done just a week ago, and it is the most visible of all of them. I don't get tattoos or piercings for a &quot;shock value&quot;. I try to keep it hidden not only from my parents, hehe, but also because I know that narrow-minded people will judge mostly on appearances.

I really don't believe that piercings, at least most of them, are a big deal anymore. Daily I see people on campus with either nose, eyebrow, tongue or belly button done. So getting those things done really couldn't be considered &quot;shocking&quot; anymore.

I know that there are people who will get piercings partially because of the pain. Personallly I have never been a fan of pain, but I know it's part of the process. And with the favorable end results I really believe that a little prick is worth it. Most people that think piercings are sick probably just couldn't handle getting a needle shoved through a body part.

Btw, I have a tongue, navel, and genital piercing, and belly button was by far the most painful of all.

but i do think you're right - there's nothing wrong with body modifications as long as it is done tastefully. personally i find certain male genital piercings sexy, but like you said, 16 rings through a scrotum is going a little overboard.
