Michael Phelps does not lift weights, only swims.

Indeed but look at how many hrs he clocks in to look like that? Of course he doesn't care about his 'looks' as he is a pro swimmer.

If you want something you are better off 'focusing' on it then doing something else.

The OP's time would be better spend doing weights then swimming to get more buffed out. You see a lot more people with builds that go to the gym then a regular swimmer guy. But either way you won't get any results unless you stick to it.

Yoga for sculpting
Running/Cycling/Swimming for Fit and Weight Loss.
Push ups, Pull ups, and Dips for arms and pectorals and upper back
crunches and sit-ups for abs.

All done while eating right.

Not doing squats = see less of a change then if you were doing squats.

Running/ swimming work a very little range of muscle and most runners will have p!ss poor flexibility in their hips and legs in fact. Most noticeable when they try to squat and they can't break parallel = too hight hams and achilles tendon.
