i know my vote doesn't really count, but yes, that is all I use. Organic, hypo-allergenic stuff. It is worth every penny.

Fixed that for you.

I enjoy attacking peoples opinions on products because I have convinced myself that stuff I buy for a dollar is of the same quality as stuff that is 20 dollars..

Fixed that for you.

Bar soap for me. Bodywash is like using shampoo for your skin. it just isn't right.

I will use soap on my armpits, groin, rear, sometimes feet. Thats it.

The skin has natural oils to keep it healthy as well as beneficial bacteria. I figure the shampoo suds running off my head is as much as the rest of my body really requires.

You must smell bad.

Bodywash. For some reason bar soap gives me itchy bumps on my arms and legs.

That's what I'm thinking. You gotta scrub to get clean. The skin will replenish that natural oil pretty soon after you get out of the shower.

Agreed. I think Sagalore is one of those workplace stinkpots people on ATOT complain about.

Me, loofa with Dial body wash. I don't like scrubbing my bum with my hands and getting bobo under my finger nails.

Yes, for two reasons.

1) I discovered that soft soap doesn't build up in the shower like bar soap does. since I switched to body wash I have not had to scrub the tub and shower doors with a brush or brillo pad once to get it clean. I used to spend hours scrubbing, now I just rinse it down with a sponge in a minute or two and its totslly clean.

2) Whole Foods Market sells bottles of it for $1.99 without much chemicals in it. Its super cheap and works great.

Hmm. My wife bought some sort of Irish Spring soap for me that evidently contains some type of grit in it.

I didn't know, and used it in the shower....once.

Let's just say the more tender places didn't appreciate it.

I was damn clean, though.

I always use bar soap (Dial usually).

I hate the feeling after I use body wash. It makes me feel greasy, and I just don't feel as clean when I use it.

I use Irish spring and I've never noticed anything like that.

It was some special kind, not regular Irish Spring.

edit: I looked it up. It was Irish Spring Micro Clean.

Body wash with a pouf. Why?

- leaves skin much cleaner than the alternative
- does not dry out skin as much as bar soap (especially with certain types of "sensitive" body washes)
- can be faster

Given that I'm not gay, metrosexual, or female, I do not use "bodywash" or a "poof". I use soap.

if you're doing nothing but rubbing a bar of soap on your skin, you're not getting clean. I'll be a man who exfoilates and gets twice as clean as you "manly men" who use Irish Spring. Females like men who smell clean and have good skin.

Have fun being manly men and scrubbing away with your bar of soap.

Axe's "Recovery" shower gel is GOOD. I've had females walk by me and sniff and comment on how nice I smell. so $4 bottle of axe > .50 bar of crap soap.

the term Metreosexual cracks me up, I love females, and simply because I attempt to be as clean as I possibly can (which I can't with only a bar of soap and a rag) I'm somehow close to being gay. If being clean means I'm semi gay than I guess I'm semi coming out of the closet. If being a man requires me to be dirty and unclean I probably am better off handing in my man card. Call me crazy, but I like to be C L E A N.
