bonding styrene butadiene rubber

I have two pieces of styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and I would like to bond them together as well as possible.

They're not going to be under a lot of stress, so I don't need a perfect bond, but I'd still like to know what are the best options.

Yes, I noticed that there were adhesives made with SBR, but I can't find any definitive information if SBR adhesives can be used to bond two pieces of "solid" SBR.

I vote for SBS roofing material if it won't be subject to extreme temp changes but I am arguably biased. It has an absurdly high weld strength and even if subjected to extreme temp changes it returns to 100% bond very quickly.
