Since I'm a n00b to borderlands 2, what the hell are these keys?
at the main menu, go to "extras".Create, then log in to a new Shift account.
These are all Shift codes--each one grants you a key to loot the chest in sanctuary.
all loot is dependent on level in which you open it.
WTKB3-Z5RCF-C3ST3-JB33J-9JST9
Another one for three keys!
Each playthrough has its own progression. If you quit out of TVHM in Sanctuary, you will load up there regardless of where you quit out of normal or UVHM at.
Does new Gear from UVHM travel with you if you go back to TVHM?
That would be sweet so we could finally beat Pete.....
Also, the loot is always (I believe) a purple-rarity item.

Is it possible these are dead already? Just tried 6PM EST and both say expired. But neither show up on orcz.com.
They were dead when I tried them at like 10am EST
So, I started playing Krieg mostly so I could give him all that junk that I have lying around that's specifically for the Psycho, and now I'm finding myself in a bit of a quandary! Even after looking at the talents, I'm not really sure what's good, or rather, what will work well for me. It probably doesn't help that there's a staunch lack of basic boost talents (e.g. "Increases Fire Rate by xx%") at the bottom tiers to help boost you at your weakest. Also, I've noticed that while things such as the whole set-yourself-on-fire tree look interesting, it seems that they really aren't as effective until you invest a lot more talents into that tree hence why the lack of basic boost talents affects that more.
I think I ended up spending some points in the Bloodlust tree so far, but I'm not terribly happy with that.

I started Krieg, but am also having a hard time deciding on a talent tree. The fire damage stuff is great, but the problem is that there are a lot of enemies that seem to resist fire damage. And I am not very good at melee either, so this may not be the best character for me, but it is fun to play.
Honestly, the orange weapons (I have gotten about 20 in various playthroughs) are not that great as a rule. Seems like in the first game they really were powerful and could be used for a long time, but in this game, they are only slightly more powerful than purples, and can only be used for a few levels at most. Maybe I am just unlucky and havent gotten the good stuff, I dont know.
^ and just as I log in..thanks!
one thing I've been trying to find, but can't find this info on wiki:
Do projectiles from E-Tech weapons count as bullets? I've been using a lot of them recently--mostly from the sanctuary chest through my TVHM run through, and I'm not sure if these are triggering ricochet. I don't really notice the bullets bouncing off as I do with other weapons, but it also seems that many of these are passing through targets... :hmm:
