And I havent been able to solo any of the raid bosses yet. I am trying to get my Salvador over-levelled and go back to normal difficulty and beat some of them in the DLC. Just uses up your eridium too fast if you keep dying against them.
Really fun game though, I agree. I probably have more hours into this game than any other I have played.
If there's ever a Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Video Game Animals & Followers, I'm there, even though I literally could not care less what other players do with the same characters.
Do you have the Torgue DLC? All you need for Salvador to wreck most anything is a Double Penetrating Unkempt Herald for your main hand, and then a slag Rubi for the offhand (and a decent skill layout). The DPUH does insane damage, especially on slagged targets, and with that insane damage, when you're Gunzerking, with Rubi in the offhand, you'll get insane healing.
Different strokes. I'm seriously decoupled from the character as a character or separate entity. Last time I played through Fallout New Vegas I created a female character intending to play a different style, but of course I played the same old style I always play. Couple of times I've caught myself thinking "Damn it, who's that whiny bitch crying out through every fight?" After looking around, I'll realize it's me.
Back when I used to play third person games I've actually caught myself just watching my motionless character, waiting for it to move, or else wondering why that idiot isn't fighting back. I just cannot relate to video game characters; I just react and think tactically without any real awareness of the character. On the other hand, I catch myself giving food and water to followers, even though I know they don't need either. And my wife laughed at me for replaying an hour of gameplay after a glitch caused Dogmeat to get stuck in a room and I refused to just leave him there and create another via the console. "Yes, dear, I do know he's not real. Doesn't mean I'm gonna be a dick and just leave him there alone."

does Rubi drop anywhere other than from Moxxi after the rakaholics mission? Seems a bit tough to get a slag version if you have such a limited chance at it.
There's a way to cycle the quest repeatedly (by copy protecting your save game, and just reloading the character at the point where you're ready to turn in the quest, then do that over and over). Or you can use a modding program if you just wanna take your existing Rubi and change it into a slag Rubi (if you're ok with that).
Question, but with all of the DLC and the increased level cap, is it possible for Axton to have Double up, Gemini and Longbow on his turrets?

That's pretty much how the original Borderlands ended up when the level cap went from 50 to 69. Talents were nearly meaningless, because you could get almost all of the good talents. I was under the impression that they were going to try and avoid this in Borderlands 2, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Personally, I'd love to see some new, higher-tier talents.

Yea, I have the Torgue DLC, but dont have either of those weapons, at least at a level that my Salvador can use. I have a level 50 Maya and Zero, but my Salvador is only in the low 40s.

From what I've seen, most people that force PhysX while using an AMD card still have a NVIDIA card to handle the PhysX. It doesn't take a hefty card to handle PhysX alone, but it requires a little tinkering to make the two things "play nice."
