I know that Law and Order combo is one way. Secondly you can't really be OHKO'd in BL2.

OHFFYL is common though, especially in playthrough 2-3.

I have been playing my Hellborn Kreig only lately (which means I die alot due to the in your face playstyle of him), so if the healthgate mechanic has been changed I have not noticed it.

By one hit kill, I meant being put into FFYL, which at best in UVHM means you probably have to use your rocket launcher ammo to get a kill.

Thanks for the keys.

That text was explaining that what the code says when you enter it is wrong. When you enter the second code it says you'll get the Love Thumper gun. What you really get is a strength relic useful for Maya (if Scorn in use) or for the Gunzerker, and a purple rocket launcher. Both will be at the level of the next character that you play, so if you next Continue a level 27 you'll see a level 27 purple launcher in your backpack.

I finally bought this game several weeks ago and already have about 50 hours in it.

I'm pleasantly surprised how interesting the story and characters are, and the voice acting is outstanding.

The only thing I don't like is the constant need to open boxes all the time.....it's getting so old - I feel like I've had to open thousands of the d@#$m things.

I've been steadily increasing my ammo capacity but Eridium is hard enough to come by that it's taking forever.

FYI, the slot machines in Moxxi's bar (and elsehwhere) pay out eridium as one of the prizes.

True, but only randomly. Seems like when I want eridium I never get it. You can spend a lot of money and not get much eridium.
After the first playthrough I never found lack of eridium a problem. If you need more you can just farm the warrior. Even if you don't get good weapon drops, you get a ton of eridium every time.

The only time I really find lack of ammo a problem though is in ultimate vault hunter mode, especially launcher ammo.

I respecc'd my level 50 Gaige with Interspersed Outburst (near the bottom of the middle tree) at the start of the Scarlett DLC, and I must say, having a slag damage add-on at the start of every burst is very nice. Much nicer than having to juggle between a slag weapon and another one.

I used a route that also covered the spawn locations of Michael Mamaril. This would net 2-4 pieces each run (sometimes much more), then just quit, jump back in repeat.

When you are at the lower levels where upgrades don't cost a lot, this works pretty well. However, as the upgrades get more expensive, the process becomes rather tedious.

Yes, it is. Gearbox posted this on Twitter not long ago....SHiFT code redemption and registration may be affected by some issues that we are currently working to resolve.

Yeah, I pretty much did the same. I really like this game, I'm just not into the incessant looting. I would rather just have adequate ammo capacity to begin with so I can focus on what makes this game great - the story and the combat.

Not to speak for him, but maybe there will be another Gold Chest location in the newest DLC. I had hoped that each DLC would have one, but I started using mine as soon as I noticed Scarlett and Torgue didn't have one.
