My knee-jerk reaction is to say, "Islamicists" but I tend to think that if foreign Islamicists were behind this they would have had better bombs that would have killed more people and all of the bombs would have exploded. Damned straight. It's important to remember that it's for our own good which I'm sure will come out in the trial that will commence ten years from the time they charge the perps.
